Responsibilities
- Perform routine clinical duties including patient vitals, measurements, and recording patient histories.
- Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by providers.
- Maintain and sterilize medical equipment and examination rooms.
- Collect and process laboratory specimens accurately.
- Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR) with precision.
- Greet patients, answer phones, and manage front-desk operations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Certification (CMA, RMA, or NCMA) preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients if necessary.
