Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care in oncology/hematology units
- Administer chemotherapy and biologics with precision safety protocols
- Monitor and document patient vitals using Epic EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for complex care plans
- Lead rapid response interventions during weekend shifts
- Mentor new staff during high-acuity weekend rotations
Qualifications
- Active CA RN license (BRN # required)
- BSN degree from accredited institution
- 2+ years oncology/hematology experience
- Oncology Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Epic EMR proficiency
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun)
