Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (7am-7pm Sat/Sun)
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient transitions
- Utilize our EMR system for accurate documentation with remote access
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA regulations
- Lead weekend staff huddles and provide clinical guidance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN with experience considered)
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in remote charting capacity
- Weekend availability mandatory
