Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor and document patient progress using advanced electronic health records
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with critical thinking skills
- Mentor new staff and uphold highest clinical standards
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree required, MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun, 7a-7p)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
