Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care coordination across hybrid care settings
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote patient monitoring and virtual consultations
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri with unrestricted status
- BSN degree or equivalent experience (ADN candidates with 2+ years considered)
- 2+ years of clinical experience in acute care or specialty setting
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred) and telehealth technology
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for virtual and in-person interactions
- Flexibility to work weekends with potential for hybrid/remote scheduling
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
