Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive virtual nursing assessments and care coordination for Memphis-area patients
- Administer medications and treatment plans via telehealth platform
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered care
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries during assigned weekend shifts
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license (required)
- 2+ years clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth or virtual care experience preferred
- BLS certification
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
