Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute/critical care settings during weekend shifts
- Coordinate telehealth monitoring for remote patient populations
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocols
- Document electronic health records with precision and timeliness
- Mentor nursing staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Respond to rapid response codes and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; TNCC preferred
- 2+ years recent acute care or critical care experience
- Telehealth certification or remote care experience preferred
- Strong electronic health record proficiency (Epic/Cerner)
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
