Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients while monitoring health status
- Assist with medication management and light housekeeping duties
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Maintain accurate care documentation and communicate with family members
- Follow established care plans and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly clients
