Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication management
- Companionship through conversation, activities, and emotional support
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to care team

- Maintain detailed care notes and client records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiver experience required
