Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorations and extractions
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging
- Manage sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance
- Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments
- Take accurate patient medical histories and vitals
- Coordinate patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Maintain digital patient records using Dentrix/Eaglesoft
Qualifications
- Active RDA license in California (or eligible to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years chairside experience
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Proficiency in dental radiography techniques
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
