Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorations, crowns, and orthodontic treatments
- Manage patient flow and ensure optimal clinic efficiency through seamless coordination
- Maintain sterile environments following OSHA and CDC guidelines for infection control
- Perform digital radiography and chairside assistance with advanced dental technology
- Execute accurate charting and documentation using our modern practice management software
- Provide compassionate patient education on post-operative care and oral hygiene
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (DAEFB or DANB) required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general or cosmetic dentistry
- Proficiency with digital imaging systems and practice management software
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated patient rapport abilities
- Current CPR/BLS certification and knowledge of HIPAA compliance
