Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain client environment
- Administer medications and treatments under professional supervision
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Document care activities accurately and timely
- Report changes in client condition to nursing staff
Qualifications
- Missouri state HHA certification or CNA license required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
