Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical team
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Administer medications as prescribed and document care accurately
- Light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of home health aide or caregiver experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear TB test and negative background check required
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper body mechanics
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
