Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and patient comfort
- Process and label specimens according to CLIA standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Operate centrifuges and laboratory equipment
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with nurses and lab technicians

Qualifications
- Current Texas Phlebotomy Technician certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong venipuncture skills with minimal callbacks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume settings
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- Reliable transportation with valid TX driver's license
