Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years researching AI ethics or responsible technology development
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals (Nature AI, ACM FAccT preferred)
- Expertise in bias detection, explainable AI, and value alignment techniques
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary research teams
- Deep understanding of emerging quantum/neuromorphic computing implications
- Proficiency in ethical auditing frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
