Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption and market disruption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Strong track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level audiences and stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
