Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying AI/quantum/IoT solutions for 2026 readiness
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the executive board
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for 2026 deployment standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTe)
- Experience scaling global technology innovation programs
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology landscape and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
