Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent impact)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI convergence
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $1B+ valuation
- Security clearance for federal tech initiatives (preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic (for global partnerships)
- Portfolio of 3+ patented future-tech innovations
