Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, fintech, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure blockchain solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech risks/opportunities (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Design ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems with 99.99% reliability
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives at industry summits
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on 2026 tech white papers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Systems Engineering
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature (2020-2023)
- Proven scaling of tech teams from 10 to 200+ members
- Deep expertise in ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, and quantum security protocols
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Security clearance eligibility (DOD/NASA experience preferred)
- Patents in distributed systems or advanced cryptography
