Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference latency and ensure robustness in production environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically tracking advancements in AGI and quantum computing applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
