Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech foresight
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive products/services
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, AGI governance, or neurotech integration
- Published author in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE Spectrum)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
- Security clearance for federal tech collaboration programs
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) preferred
