Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee the incubation of moonshot projects with $10M+ annual innovation budgets
- Curate quarterly 'Future Horizons' symposiums for industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with global market impact
- Expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical expertise)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (AGI, quantum, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio of published future forecasts or implemented innovation strategies
