Responsibilities
- Architect and roadmap 2026+ technology innovation frameworks across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype solutions for future human-AI symbiosis challenges
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech threats and opportunities
- Develop patentable IP in areas of quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 partners and federal innovation councils
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and prototype engineers
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on future-tech roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Expertise in scenario planning using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle and Delphi Method
- Proven track record of launching tech ventures valued at $50M+
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (ACF) or equivalent
- Deep network with DARPA, IEEE Futures, and MIT Media Lab leadership
