Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record launching tech products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Strong systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA
