Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for commercializing breakthrough innovations in quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives and research institutions
- Author forward-looking white papers and trend briefs published in MIT Tech Review and Nature
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Manage innovation incubator programs for early-stage 2026-focused ventures
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and Davos-style summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Theory, or Strategic Innovation with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation journals or industry white papers
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams with 15+ direct reports
- Certification in Futures Studies from World Future Society or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
