Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks that translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and strategic priorities
- Architect prototype solutions and proof-of-concepts for emerging market opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present future outlook reports to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies and adaptive thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Innovation Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects or published research
