Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (2018-2023)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future studies publications
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi techniques
