Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technological/societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and executive briefings on future-ready strategies
- Champion innovation culture through internal 'future labs' and hackathons
- Advise on organizational adaptation to quantum AI, decentralized systems, and climate tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies in Fortune 500 settings
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
