Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon scanning frameworks to identify emerging trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Architect strategic scenarios for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce actionable foresight reports with concrete implementation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish KPIs for tracking strategic foresight maturity

Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating applied foresight projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner)
