Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) and societal trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps and R&D pipelines
- Produce visionary whitepapers and trend reports that influence executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking engagements
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic variables affecting future business ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with specialization
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional synthesis of complex data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented initiatives or published foresight work
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF) preferred
