Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and geopolitical trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented priorities
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with predictive analytics and trend forecasts
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech adoption
- Represent the organization at global foresight forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies or sustainability
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights to executive audiences
