Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic frameworks anticipating 2026+ technological and societal disruptions
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on AI, climate resilience, and workforce transformation
- Develop proprietary forecasting models using quantum computing and predictive analytics
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for autonomous systems and bio-integrated tech
- Present strategic whitepapers at global forums including World Economic Davos and TechCrunch Disrupt
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and trend synthesis
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantitative Sociology from Tier 1 institution
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy consulting at Big 4 or equivalent
- Published peer-reviewed research on exponential technology adoption curves
- Expertise in Monte Carlo simulations and agent-based modeling for trend projection
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for emerging market engagement
- Top 1% percentile on Foresight Competency Assessment (FCA) certification
