Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics tools
- Advect C-suite executives on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technology domains
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions aligned with strategic vision
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling executive narratives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or client transformation projects
- Exceptional communication skills with experience addressing executive audiences
