Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market paradigms affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Futures Index, quantifying potential impacts of AI, quantum computing, and biotech breakthroughs
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies with human-centric design principles
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards using immersive data visualization
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry consortium participation
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles and user experience frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis with demonstrable 2025+ impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Proven track record of translating complex trend analysis into enterprise value (portfolio/ROI evidence required)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology domains: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Mastery of foresight methodologies: Delphi analysis, scenario planning, and cross-impact matrix modeling
- Exceptional storytelling ability with data visualization proficiency (Tableau, D3.js, or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
