Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of developing predictive trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of disruptive technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical narratives
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published futurist research or thought leadership
