- Create innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for technology adoption and competitive advantage
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and geopolitical factors impacting future markets
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech concepts into product development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism with 5+ years in leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field required
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology forecasting and strategy implementation
