- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario planning models for stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-thinking culture across departments
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities in adjacent industries and emerging markets
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or high-growth environments
