As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and market expansion strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Horizon Reports analyzing disruptive trends across 15+ industries
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams, mapping 3-5 year strategic pathways
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential by 2026
- Design innovation frameworks for cross-functional teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present findings at global forums including CES, Web Summit, and exclusive industry symposiums
- Build and maintain a network of 100+ futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with documented impact (e.g., published reports, patents)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum applications, neuro-interfaces, or climate-tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to Fortune 500 audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic implementations from trend insights
