Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 5+ years experience in technology forecasting or strategic innovation
- Published research in quantum computing or neurotechnology ethics
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and human augmentation ethics
- Proven track record of influencing global tech policy decisions
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or Julia preferred)
