Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks to position FutureForge as a market disruptor
- Collaborate with C-suite to align 2026 roadmap with emerging opportunities
- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on future scenarios
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Champion design thinking workshops to embed future-readiness across teams
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concepts
- Portfolio published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEPLE)
