- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives on long-term disruption risks
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and human-machine evolution
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization capabilities
