Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional foresight initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive presentations on future market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term societal shifts
- Design immersive foresight workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators impacting future business landscapes
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies' societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFAP preferred)
