Responsibilities
- Architect 10-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and biotech innovations
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive forces
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical tech adoption and workforce transformation
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-generation solutions (2026-2030)
- Establish strategic alliances with quantum computing and sustainable tech pioneers
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Develop innovation governance protocols for rapid prototyping and ethical deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech) and adoption curves
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise-scale initiatives
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic frameworks
- Experience with cross-cultural innovation ecosystems
