Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026 product launches using trend analysis and market forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing scalable solutions for quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Conduct scenario planning for climate adaptation technologies and circular economy models
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring long-term innovation impact beyond traditional metrics
- Partner with academic institutions to identify emerging research with commercial viability
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks in autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Present future vision to C-suite and board members with compelling data-backed narratives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in product development with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for AI and biotech through 2030
- Published thought leadership on technological convergence or ethical innovation
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term roadmap execution
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on at least two 5-year+ innovation initiatives
