Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence impacts
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and exponential growth trajectories
- Establish KPIs tracking future-readiness across organizational capabilities
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-relevant solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics publications
- Fluency in at least one additional language preferred
