We're seeking a trailblazer to spearhead initiatives in quantum computing integration, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech ecosystems. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, startup incubators, and Fortune 500 partners to develop roadmaps for 2026's most anticipated innovations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and designers in prototype development
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation hubs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D or innovation leadership with proven 2025+ tech roadmap delivery
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/AR)
- Track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals on future technologies
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (TRL, Stage-Gate, Design Foresight)
- Global network of tech ecosystem partners and researchers
