- Secure strategic partnerships with industry leaders and research institutions
- Present innovation strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, academic R&D)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched in the last 5 years
