- Drive patent portfolio expansion (target: 15+ new patents/year)
- Manage $20M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor emerging tech talent through FuturEdge Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record launching market-defining products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D funding
- Published research in top-tier tech journals (Nature/IEEE)
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and tech executives
