Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology innovation framework spanning AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Lead cross-functional sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and patent opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Builders accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 7-figure+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- PhD or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or futures studies
