Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration protocols for complex problem-solving
- Lead implementation of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy quantum solutions in finance and healthcare
- Research emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic processors)
- Create performance benchmarks and optimization frameworks for quantum algorithms
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq) and frameworks
- Proven experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in cryogenics and quantum control systems
- Publication record in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Familiarity with NISQ-era limitations and mitigation strategies
- Experience leading technical teams in agile development environments
